Exercise

  • Watch the video presentation by Sebastian Urchs and go over the slides.
  • Find an open neuroimaging dataset via one of the resource links described in the presentation that has at least 40 participants and including phenotypic information that could be useful to your project (age, gender, cognitive scores, diagnoses, etc.)
  • Download at least one of these participants and their accompanying phenotypic information.
  • Follow up with your local TA(s) to validate you completed the exercises correctly.
