This site will be active from May 20st to June 14th, time in which all students will present their projects.

Location

The course is organized by Humai, based in Buenos Aires, with the collaboration of the Center for Cognitive Neurosciences of the University of San Andrés, which offers its physical location for the workshop. This is located at Suipacha 1333, 1st basement, Buenos Aires.

Expertise

Humai aims to promote AI in Latin America via education, research & development. Among other current activities, our teams are developing cutting-edge neurological diagnosis tools using AI, computer vision on-the-edge and cloud-based, while the education area delivers AI courses spanning from Python Basics to Deep Reinforcement Learning, with specialization branches like Cloud Data Engineering or Advanced Data Science with Causal Inference.

The Center for Cognitive Neurosciences has a particular expertise in neuroscience of situated cognition, with emphasis on three axes: language, social cognition and brain health. These phenomena are approached by integrating behavioral, peripheral, electrophysiological and neuroimaging techniques.

Prerequisites

Participants will need access to a computer, internet and to register to a number of online collaborative tools, such as discord and github. The installation of the necessary software will be covered during week 1.
